1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Jupyters ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Michał Bujniewicz-Uppal, a sole proprietorship (JDG) registered in Poland (NIP: 9512587881), hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Provider".

2. Description of Service

Jupyters is a software tool that provides AI assistants with the ability to read, write, and execute Jupyter notebooks through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service includes:

• A Python package ("jupyters-server") distributed via PyPI
• Integration with AI tools like Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Claude Code
• License management and subscription services

3. User Accounts and Licenses

3.1 License Tiers

• Free Tier: Limited to 10 code executions per day. No payment required.
• Pro Tier: Unlimited executions and additional features for $7/month.

3.2 License Keys

License keys are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key. Each license is valid for use on one machine at a time.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information directly.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass license restrictions or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share license keys or allow unauthorized access
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or exploit others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the Provider. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your subscription tier.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Code Execution Disclaimer

Jupyters executes code in Jupyter kernels on YOUR machine. You are solely responsible for the code you run. We are not liable for any damage caused by code execution, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or security breaches.

The safety checks feature is provided as a convenience and does not guarantee protection against all harmful operations.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your license will be revoked
• You must cease all use of the Service
• No refund will be issued unless required by law

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
