How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at mbu@researchshop.pl
2. Include your license key or the email address used for purchase
3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 14 days of your first payment
• This is your first subscription to Jupyters Pro

What Happens After a Refund

• Your subscription will be canceled immediately
• Your license key will be deactivated
• You will revert to the Free tier (10 executions/day)
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method

Cancellations (No Refund)

If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day refund period:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time
• You will not be charged for future periods

Exceptions

We may deny a refund if:

• You have previously received a refund for Jupyters
• We detect abuse of the refund policy
• The request is made after 14 days from the first payment

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as required by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to mbu@researchshop.pl).
